David, Thanks for sharing. We do need to detox and get rid of all the toxins we are plagued with each day. I like your idea of how to use the vinegar. My husband takes a Tablespoon full when his stomach is upset. I tried it plain like that and it is awful. So I will try it with honey and or stevia. Once tried the green stevia by mistake. Gag. It turns everything green. Much prefer the white. Stevia does come in little packets like other sweeteners. Another product I want to find is Xyletol. It is a natural and safe sweetner. It is in several of our oral hygiene products. It will actually repair the enamel on your teeth. We have another product that will help to Detox our system and repair it. I use it as a tea in the morning. It is called PSP.
