sorry,i can't do any capital letters in my messages because i'm having to type with a long pencil because it is too painful for me to type with my hands. i came out of the hospital yesterday after getting myself checked out. it feels as though my right shoulder is pulled out of its socket. i have been screaming and crying in alot of pain. both of my shoulders,all across the back of my neck,the pain is going from my neck down my spine and my throat which is ripping with pain. it even hurts me to talk. i am taking the prescribed medication that the doctor gave me, one of them is valium 800mg and ibuprofin to relax the muscles. i apologize for going on about myself,but, i know that you,a true, special friend and all my other dear friends would like to know how i'm doing. oh, i'm so tired after doing all this, but, i love you and all my dear frieeends, i'm sorry abbout that mistake, but, my haand is shhaking, so i have to go for now. thank you for being a very special friend. god bless you and everyone at adlandpro. thank you, dave, for being an inspiration to me. that is a very beautiful poem. you are very talented.
