I agree enthusiasm is contagious. I venture to say that Arnold M. Patton In is book entitled You Can Have It All put it succinctly this way: The only real feeling we have is joy. That is a part of our essence, the only real part of us. Our function is to keep reminding ourselves of the difference between what is real in our lives and what is an illusion. an important part of that function is rediscovering our inner joy. Most of us have buried the joy below layer and layers of illusory feelings. It is necessary to keep peeling them off until the joy is uncovered and allowed to fill our being. Yes! There is joy in enthusiasm.
