I'm with you in not wanting to encourage people to get into debt.
However some may find that they can get a lower interest and can transfer the balance, cancel their card and get out of debt even faster.
Others who use credit cards responsibly can use it, pay it off each month and never get in debt. And for some things like travel, hotels and car rentals it's really better to use credit cards and just pay it off.
To tell you the truth if a person has good credit they'll be able to get a credit card rather you ever tell them about this program or not so you might as well get paid to tell them about it! LOL
The best part is if a person doesn't want to use the credit card they don't have to. There is no requirment to actually charge on the card to get paid, so for all they know you can get the card and cut it up into a tiny pieces so that you're never even tempted to use it.
Of course the other option is the prepaid card, which is really a good thing to have if you don't want to use credit cards. I know I sure love using my debit card that is with my checking account, it's just much more practial at times than using checks or cash!
