Kelly - I'm not sure if all of the cards require a bank account, so you may want to check on that one. In the mean while you can always join for free and start building your group and then you'll get paid after you qualify. Another thought is that you could probably find a bank acount that you could open for less than $35. And remember you don't even ever have to use the card to get paid. My tired brain remembers reading that somewhere, so read the entire website, the FAQ, the back office in the member's area and try to get on the conference call if you can.
I also remember reading that if a person pays the $35 rather than getting a card, they'll get the $35 refunded as soon as they do have get a card.
