Hello Bogdan and everyone here! Very true, you must first believe for others to believe you. When you truly believe people can easily see the passion in your belief. They can see the excitement you have for this thing you trying to convince them to buy or to believe in. Even kids know this principle; they will come to you with tears and pleading till you give in or finally give them a final NO. As a parent you sometimes give in because you see how much they really want something and in your heart you do want them to be happy so you give into them. Two more examples of how passion can motivate people do follow (or give into their ideas) is Hitler and Tony Robbins. Hitler was able to convince an entire nation to follow him; what power he had over them. If you ever have seen video clips of his speechs you know what I'm talking about. Same thing with Anthony Robbins if you have ever seen his motivational speechs. Anthony mesmerizes you with his passion and energy.
