I've read this before, I wish I could remember who the author was. It works no matter what situation you find yourself in. I try to live this way, but sometimes I'm all too human...but the instances have gotten less frequent, so I must be learning! Thanks for sharing Kathy. It's good to be reminded of these types of things.
