To me it's a game. My son plays Everquest for hours on end and when he gets done he has a bunch of hit points and charisma, big deal. I employ the same techniques to utilize resources, deploy manpower, manage asserts and play the same strategies as he does. When the day ends, I have cash in place of his points. I love it!
