Re: MLM or Networking ... What do you like and why?

Hi Kenneth, Good Monday Morn to you! I do love my job. For over 18 years I worked in the public work force, (a large insurance co) and really nothing to show for it. It was always a big game and you were either on the top or the bottom. I did not conform well to their rules, sit down, keep quiet, and never, never ask too many questions. I felt the more I knew the better I could do my own job. The corporate world DOES NOT see thing that way. They tell you enough to get you by and if you know too much you are actually a liability. Go figure!?? In networking, mlm, I have found the opposite to be true. Our company believes that the more you know, the more you can help someone else. It is like a group effort, not each individual pitted against one another. I really love getting to know what someone's needs are, financially or personally, find out their 'why' and help them to meet their dreams and expectations! We all need encouragement and a company team set up that makes us feel comfortable in our own skin. Thankfully I have found that with the [Company Name] and [Company Name] companies. The owners were like me a one time, distributors trying to make it and do it honestly with integrity. They teach this and expect this from the representatives. Great way to make a living!! Take Care and have a Wonderful day! Saundra keep smiling - makes folks wonder what you are up too.

Well Ken, here is my input: I like the freedom and the endless possibilities. You are only limited by the amount of work you are ready to put into it. In some of the opportunities, I like the worldwide scope. With a global population of 6 billion and counting, the reach is unbelievable, especially for web-based programs. [Edited out site url and request. Rules of no ads in this forum. Even a url is an ad.] Cheers! And remember that Networking is at the base of all types of successful businesses.....with MLM, it is simply called 'what it is'! There is no special jargon or fancy descriptions to hide the fact that networking is really what makes a business work. Eric

I think MLM is just a militarized term for network marketing. What I dislike is when people get all rude. One time I had a flyer removed from a adboard before I even left. There were other promotional flyers so I thought it was cool. And right after I posted mine was taken down. I like visiting different towns and posting on various flyer boards. Also like roaming the internet. Every now and then someone is rude but most of the time it is fun.

Pat: Confidence will build as your success builds. Do not worry about being "good in this business" be good at being you. Be honest and passionate about your business and offer quality products and services at fair prices. Find out what works best for you and then just do it each day. One moring you will wake up with a smile and say "I am really good in this business" Best wishes Ken H
