	Hi Jill, This is a well deserved honor. I am so excited I am jumping up and down, well in my mind anyway. You are everything I would think a POTW should be, hard working, compassionate, devoted, a great teacher, a good listener and a great friend. I loved reading you full bio which rounds out the picture I have of you. I can just see you with all those 4-H animals. On the farm where I crew up we certainly had our fair share too.
