Hi All,

Due to some offline issues I haven't been online all that much in the past few days and some of you might have missed their Jodi Miller "fix" cause of that. I do apologize and in order to compensate here's a double whammy for you today.

You've got to hand it to Jodi she did both editions of News Busted this week in Afghanistan while performing before the troops. My compliments and appreciation to you and those willing to go and keep those fighting for their nation smiling.

Shalom,

Peter

Hello Friends,

Here's another video with Archie Bunker telling us exactly what he thinks about B Hussein. He sure had it down pat all those years ago. It might be a repeat but worth watching again. :)

Happy Friday friends, hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

I got this in an email today from a long time email friend and it will not only put a smile on your face but will warm your heart also. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. :)

Read this before viewing video....

This is an excerpt of the film "Deliverance". When the filming group of the movie stopped at a gas station somewhere, one of the actors started to play a tune of the film on his guitar. The guitar player is Ronnie Cox from Portales , New Mexico.
When a boy, an autistic, who was watching, heard the music he started to respond with notes from his banjo. They started an incredible dialogue of instruments and the boy began to express himself in probably the only form in which he was prepared to communicate.
This is how the remarkable scene, which was included in the movie, was developed and filmed. Look at the expression of the boy. At first, he seems uncertain and waiting but as the intensity of the music progressed, his lost expression was gone and an expression of pleasure and happiness blossomed thanks to this guitar player who happened to pass by.
After this magic moment passed, the boy returned into himself leaving this part of his externalized beauty in the film. This truly was a memorable part of the movie. This is a good story. I never knew it was true. This scene was not a part of the script until the camera man happened to catch it on film...The family was well paid; and beat poverty by accident.
Autism? Asperger's syndrome? Genius primary, social interaction secondary? Serendipity?........or maybe we just haven't figured it out yet. Plumbing the depths of the human mind and spirit is an eternal frontier. Watch the young man’s face, not his fingers, especially at the end.

Here is another enjoyable video sent to my email today from another good friend. I tried to find the youtube version but had no luck and yes it definitely will take you back a few years. :)
"Amazing talent ............. this will take you back some years!
This is amazing to see. It's Richard Wayne Penniman (aka Little Richard) about fifteen years before "Tutti Frutti, oh, Rudy...." If you're familiar with early periodBeatles, you'll know that McCartney was heavily influenced by Little Richard.
A-whop bop-a-lu bop a-whop bam boom
Here is some very rare footage of "Little Richard" as a child, when he was just starting out in the music biz' ... from some movie with Van Johnson .."

Hi Evelyn & All,

Thanks for the great videos Evelyn. I always loved that scene from "Deliverance" but didn't know it was filmed live or know the background story behind it. Thanks for the info. Little Richard was quite a talent even then. Great video.

I got this a few days ago from a very good friend and I had to share it with you all. It's not a joke but absolutely amazing and beautiful. It'll not only put a smile on your face but a feeling of awe as well.

Shalom,

Peter
