You know Kathleen, I think that we also need to go down to h*ll... At least I did go right there at some point in my life... big times... and, from there I started slowly walking back up "Mount Spiritual"... I really love your way of expressing it... It certainly fits right in with my own experience!

I have learned the tough way how to be able to express and let go of my emotions... and, very happy about it... it was such a release for me!
