I spent a few minutes thinking how to help you to feel guilty ...
but my intelligence doesn`t go so far.
All what I can find as a practical and helpful is : go today again, do all what you did, and then look around yourself. If your behavior have caused anyone else to feel blue for your steps, or to suffer,
I think that would be a good reason to ask yourself about them.
But if you were very happy ... even though anyone else felt blue and suffered ... then you should leave yourself ... or that another person.
Simply, feeling guilty won`t bring a good results. This self-punishment, without changing the paces, would cause only gastritis or psychics troubles ...
Think about that please.
