_{It is a great feeling for me Sara to have you come and post, it lets me know that you are alright. Sometimes when we are in higher management we do forget to follow up with what should be said about business, perhaps some advice would to offer a come back as i would put it, like (Thank you and if i may say something, it would be great to offer a solution to the problem, this would benefit all and not just me).
