This is the word that encapsulates Sheila Kennedy-Robinson and her life.

Sheila recently wrote a poem for me and posted it at Sara Blow's forum.

I am humble and grateful.

 A man of grace and wisdom too

Love and light they shine from you

A soul whose journey long began

Gives service then to fellow man

And on this journey as you walk

With souls many do you talk

You speak your truth and do it well

Love and emotion they do swell

The hearts of others as they hear

The words you use to heart and ear

So forward now yet much to do

As many souls have need of you

Need of the gifts that you do share

The love and hope you bring to bear
