I also didn't vote in the poll, I did not read the threads in which you and JoAnne had your dispute.  I've been busy for the last few weeks, as you know.

Within the past year I decided not to get involved in negativity, not to visit or read or reply to anything that would give me unnecessary stress.

If we have stress, we have the choice to log out, we have the choice not to visit or reply to forums or people.

This community was given to us a few years ago and it can easily be taken away.  This is supposed to be a place for networking and getting to know PEOPLE, a community doesn't take actions, PEOPLE take actions, there is no WILL within an entity called a "community"....PEOPLE have an individual WILL, and within a group, each person has their own motivation, not all the same motivation, not all the same reasons for doing the same things.

If we are talking about scams, this weekend the biggest scam in American history has taken place, the vote on an 1,100 page document that NO ONE has read.  Someone showed it on TV yesterday, there were cross-outs and notes re-written in handwriting in the margins on lots of pages, and then it was copied and given to Congress at 11 pm a few nights ago as if it was normal and okay!  Then it was passed less than 24 hours later!  If that was an official document, NO INDIVIDUAL PERSON in USA would ever sign it, if it was insurance, or mortgage, or financial, nobody would ever sign anything without reading it.  THAT is the biggest scam we've ever seen.  The government officials who passed it would never sign anything like that if it was part of their everyday personal financial life, why did they sign off on our lives?  and theirs?  Ridiculous and shameful, and a horrible example to the entire worldwide population.

I thank you for the encouragement, your suggestions and your comments. My Lawyers told me to give my friends a chance to advice me and give me their suggestions.

There are many details that JoAnne doesn't know about me. And there are things that I could never do to get a stamp on my face sealed by a friend. Whatever I do my face must be clear and it must shine as it used from my birthday. My work and my family demands that.

Alain, you are very wise. Of course accept your critics and be sure I was not glad when I started this Poll. I will follow the recommendations you and our friends psoted here by giving JoAnne time to reconsider. I believe many times our EGO get us out of track and do not allow us to accept what we made wrong.

I tried many so called nice gestures to make JoAnne change mind. It started with Peter with who we have different opinions in many things but we still keep contact. Peter is in an on line chat with me right now. I sent two messages a week ago to JoAnne, but I am not sure she opened them. I posted in a special forum set up for here with positive messages. I know that JoAnne follows the forum. My statistics show that.

I am a reasonable person and I am ready to go the path JoAnne will guide me to. I am leaving all up to her. The time will begin to run soon. If she wants me to make the difficult step I will go to the need of it. There are no excuses anymore and the big "joke" as a friend who PMed me calls it have to stop right now either friendly and costless or with any cost to bring harmony back to normal by a juridical decision which I am forced to follow if something fails here.

I want also to thank all of you who follow this forum and PMed me.

JoAnne I understandthe difficulties. I will open my heart a bit more to make it easier for you if you can't post right now .

To Whom It May Concern

JoAnne Green and Peter Fogel, two AdLandPro POTW awarded members, meaning they are something special, beloved by the community and responsible to make this place better, tried to mislead the whole community by telling you that I am an e-banking scammer and I am he who reported JoAnne’s forums for improper information!

My post to a friend in her forum was in reply to what she had said and it was an EXAMPLE I used. However Joanne willfully decided to misconstrue my words there. The poll I set up a week ago was to prove that her intention was to malign me and defame me has been successful, and I take offense to this. I will proceed with charges with the concerned authorities, I and will reclaim my dignity at all cost. Let this be a lesson for anyone else who wishes to go the same way. I do not take lightly of things like this.

If the authorities ask our CEO of Adlandpro who reported her forum they will get the truth. The rest is plain to see I have copied every detail and will see that nothing misses the eyes of those who are investigating the matter.

I called in 100 common friends of JoAnne's and mine from JoAnne's friends list to tell us how they received the information posted in JoAnne's two forums. I could have sent the invitation message to my friends to make impression and get wanted results. I did this because when JoAnne posts a thread it goes to her friends and not mine. I also informed JoAnne and Peter to follow this forum and to know how our common friends feel about their friendly attack on me.

78 members sent me private messages. 42 of them want me to not give up and fight to the end.

I took contact with the Federal Trade Commission, USA, and the other links JoAnne recommended. I am reported in all four more than once. They don't tell me by whom, but if I go to a trial, they will give the names. Now I am also curious to know who reported me and on what basis. I am registered as a veiled threat in all. I got reply from all four. One of the replies had following statement highlighted: "There is nothing to worry about. Try to explain your thoughts better next time. We suggest you to find an internal solution. From the information you sent us seems that the individuals who reported you are friends of yours"

The analysis from the poll

• 64,5% (25/31 of  the voters) received the information as I was he who reported JoAnne's forums to the administration.
• 51,6% (16/31 of  the voters) received the information as JoAnne's purpose was to expose me for being an e-banking scammer.
• 32,3% (10/31 of  the voters) received the information as I am neither a e-banking scammer either was I he who reported JoAnne's forums to the administration.

It is clear to me that in the eyes of our common friends I am not a trustable person either as a threat for e-banking cheats or person who hits his friends behind their back.

Now the real truth is:

I am not an e-banking scammer and I did not report JoAnne's forums, somebody else did.

In that statement which JoAnne takes it as a veiled threat I tried to tell a member by giving an example meaning that to point out a person you don’t need to write his name but by giving an information of interest and you can redirect people to another page where the criticized person can be identified if there is a picture and a name.

I am an open character and what I want to do I do it straight and direct in the forums. In a personal chat with Peter 8 days back a day before I started this thread he told me that he doesn’t believe I reported JoAnne’s forums but he suspects who did that.

During this week I made about 70 new friends in AdLandPro. I don't think they know about this dispute and if they know they don’t believe in what Peter and JoAnne want them to believe on me.

To that I want to say shame on you who for own interests wanted to expose me as person who hits friends behind their back. If this is revenge or a vendetta, then let me also know, what for? JoAnne this is more awful than the other things that happened to create this. We have evidence on admitted mistakes and deleted topics. What is it you really want? I went in and gave nice comments in JoAnnes last celebration forum and so did all my close friends. We celebrated a King and a Queen.  

Peter, I think you still today you cannot accept that you lost a contest by The Woman who defeated you in a dispute in another forum contest and by posting the BTW message to JoAnne’s forum you more or less threw fuel on the fire forcing JoAnne to give more exposure to her forum thread and extra visits to defame me. You were in a case that the CEO and Admin had to STOP by blocking your special account. JoAnne could not accept the mess she did, and acted egoistic because things didn’t go her way. I was a hindrance to that and I had to be punished. In JoAnne’s “It Is A Sad Judgment Day Today” JoAnne Green related the Admin with a quote equal "I am the owner I decide" where she tried to convince the community that the Admin was improper and behaved like a manipulator and dictator. See, to close connections may harm and confuse one’s mind

Thanks to God that some of us had eyes opened. God saw what you and some of your friends were doing and STOPPED you. What worse than have an Admin discharging you as no trustful. This reminds me the Gang of Four Radical faction that tried to seize power 1976 in China.

You were the black goat and I am sure you got your lesson. I am glad that my friends have the spirit to send you “smiles” and you more and more return to daily routine. Happy be for being a long term friend. We have the courage to understand. As for your "Please God, keep me safe of my friends as with my enemy I can deal myself " I have a retort or a proverb if you like it so “a drowning person grips his own hair”. See, I can read between the words as JoAnne did with her reply. “I do understand how you feel about any online threat that was made by someone with whom you have considered as a friend and have exchanged a lot of communication. I myself was shocked also”.

Juridical there are two accusations, both from you and JoAnne.

I see well up to you Jim Allen III, for not have been involved in this matter between me and JoAnne. Yes that is now on personal matters and JoAnne has to find the way to sort it out.

Do not be so enthusiastic when a friend of yours is doing something you don't know or do not have control of and do not give replies afterwards to persons who have not referred to you who say they will not come back to give more replies in a certain forum. That is a sort of provocation.

I want also to mark that you used many bad statements and words to express what you know about me. Helen, if you are allowed to, put there a picture of yours in your profile, and then be my guest in my friends list and then let us to discuss what I am and what I am not. I am jumping over your statements and a decision in haste and under pressure. In your desperation to support Peter, your good friend, you wanted to tell us how bad I was to confirm to Peter that you are on his side.

You are a true friend. You know how to bring calmness and real community spirit with your arguments. In much we are different and we have many confronting opinion thesis but always you either ask or with right arguments you try to discuss. I appreciate that very much.

My recommendations to new members:
Before getting involved in a topic where people disagree, try to find out the reasons for that. Don't post just for telling a friend I am here, I am with you.

Conclusion

I have no differences with anyone but I have two paths to choose.
a) To follow this dispute to the end by letting the law and a court to announce my right.

b) To let JoAnne and Peter to sort this out with me by officially announce their suggestions in this forum.

My suggestion is simple and clear. If you really want to stop this fight take a gum and delete everything everywhere where I am exposed, I meant JoAnne’s two forum thread and I will do the same with my two, or get your trial officially in court. In court it will cost me a fortune but be sure I will get that money back plus the damages you created to expose me by being childish, rude, unconscious and ridiculous. I can understand that we all make our mistakes, but having the right will and spirit we can sort them, but trying to win a case on bad minded behavior or revenge is impossible when the other part decides to fight to the end.

I give you 48 hours to decide. Wednesday 10.00 GMT+2 I have a meeting with my lawyers.
