This is a very sensitive thread with a poll in it. It will be open to everyone for a week. At least 100 common and active friends taken from JoAnne's friends list will be invited to vote. Of course everyone will be able to vote. No replies will be allowed for not making it difficult to our friends to vote.

The reason is as follows. I pointed out a mismatch in POTY contest where some friends created new accounts to get more votes for the Person who won (Peter). The CEO decided to jump in and delete the POTW Team for improper work and announced the POTY Adjustments and winner the second best person (Pauline) who had only one vote less from first winner (Peter).

JoAnne started a serial of threads to tell the Community her personal feelings about POTY.
Here she takes over the role of POTW team. Who gave her the authority?

Bogdan the CEO decides to announce Pauline Raina as POTY winner and to that JoAnne starts a new thread.
From AdLandPro Town Crier -- It Is a Sad Judgment Day!  In this post she gives a quote relating the CEO with a dictator who jumps in and changes results against the will of the community.
In same forum she blocked John Sanchez, The Good Will Ambassador who started the POTW and the first POTY Winner but kept the post which in her mind was the reason to block him, but  she deleted a second post from him with his apologies. Is it to make the impression that he is guilty?
Later in same forum she blocked me but kept on posting using my name without a chance for me or for John to give replies or to defend us selves there.
That is Democracy a la JoAnne.

Meanwhile she is still working her two threads. The Ceo announces Kathleen Vanbeekom new POTW Admin and starts the celebration of the POTW WINNER Pauline in the POTW Forum.

Later on she starts a new topic related to the last above mentioned titled From Adland Town Crier --Notification of A Veiled Threat on AdlandPro -- What To Do If You Feel That Your ID, Credit Cards and Bank Accounts May Be Compromised

here is a part of my post in her forum

“Now about pointing out a person. I used your name and that is to point out somebody. You say: I did not use any names. The result is same: My example to you. In a thread I have all information about all your e-banking cards (they may be empty lol) and I have there also usernames and passwords. I do not tell who the owners is but somewhere in a forum I write go to LINK X there are lots of money to get. Of course if the see your e-cards they have your name and if there is a picture identified. I did not use any name but I gave the information where to. Be sure all your e-banking accounts would be empty in few seconds and the all the visitors would know who you are. So that is not an argument for not pointing out a person.”
She do not give any explanation why I posted this and what I tried to tell the person to whom I responded. Instead she states:

That statement has brought many readers of my Town Crier some major concerns about the threat that their identification information may be compromised. Therefore, I submitted the above statement to legal experts and cyber crime specialists for review.

The legal experts and cyber crime specialists that I consulted concluded that the mentioned statement qualifies as a veiled threat and should not be taken lightly. The author of the mentioned statement has essentially issued a warning that he is capable of emptying the bank accounts of Adlanders (or running up charges on their credit cards to the limit).

Yesterday early morning my time. Peter Fogel gave her the information that her forums are reported as abuse. Good or bad Peter decided to make it official. Such things people use to do private. I understand why Peter did that in an open forum.

BTW, did you know that 2 of your Town Crier threads have been reported bor abuse? Now how funny is that?

Two of JoAnne's forum threads have been reported as improper posts. In one JoAnne reports me as e-banking scammer and untrustful. The question is how people receive this information. You will find more information in the main post

JoAnne demands her friends living in USA, Canada and United Kingdom and Australia to report this threat. Read it in original or below paragraph 6 below. Since the lady don't accept apologies from friends there will not be place for any apologies.

Now it is on time that the European Law Authorities to get involved (United Kingdom goes under EU laws. This will go to EuroPol and IntelPol. All damage shall be restored by law. I am in contact with SAE U.S.A - World Council of Hellenes Abroad (SAE). Their lawyers will represent me in USA and if needed I will come abroad. Being a former Swedish citizen I am a member of SAE Swedish Community.

JoAnne in her forum page 2 did report this thread as she confirms.
"I learned a lot about cyber crime watch websites when I reported this veiled threat at the police station in my hometown."

I just wanted whoever reported my Town Crier threads to the Adland Administration to know that I already alerted the Federal Trade Commission and other law enforcement officials for investigation about the veiled threat that was posted on Sunday, January 18, 2009 on my Town Crier thread and the name of the person who made that threat.

When deciding to write something people must be very careful how to use words and meanings. Sometimes a word or two are enough to reveal and recover the purpose. Everyone who gave replies in the forums where JoAnne and I are in conflict must be responsible for their replies. You all will be personally invited to tell us how your received her threads and replies, and be responsible for the consequenses.

Georgios, dear friend, you are not a threat to anyone.  You are a compassionate, loving, caring and sensitive person.  A real tribute to our community.  We love all your wisdom of Greek Mythology, your beautiful graphics and art presentations.  Your support of your friends and the community is outstanding.

I believe you did not report the forum you speak of, but even if you had, how could one blame you?  Some people are far too outspoken about issues they know little about.  It seems that rather than jump to a friend's support, many like to go the way of condemnation without knowing the entire truth behind an issue.  Thank God, we have only few here in this community who do that.  Most our friends are supportive and helpful, concerned about others and have positive attitudes.  I believe it is best to just ignore the others and continue to be the person you are but in your case it does not look good.  Hopefully, our CEO will settle these issues and we can move on with the respect we all have for you.
