I have a suggestion:  for future tie breakers, tally up according by way of top of the list to lowest.  For instance one candidate may have been listed as 1) and 3) by two nominations and the second candidate my have been listed as 1) and 2) by another two.  The tie would go to the one with the most 1)s, etc.

Too complicated?  :)

Your doing a great job, just thought it might make it more interesting.
