Hi Amanda,

Very interesting article and there is much I agree with and even wrote about in my different posts. There is also much I disagree with and not being familiar with the author I googled him and found that his religious views aren't accepted by many Christians and is a bit controversial.

Thanks for sharing the article with us.

Shalom,

Peter

US Administration Would Be "Satisfied " With Muslim Brotherhood Win In Egypt
11/11/2011 1:31:47 PM
Hi Friends,

So much has been said and written about the dangers of the Muslim Brotherhood but the present administration with the fraud and great pretender B Hussein at the helm would be satisfied if the Muslim Brotherhood won the elections in Egypt.

All that really can be said now is that you can't fix stupid. Something to remember though is B Hussein specifically invited the MB to his infamous Cairo speech. Sure seems to prove that he has a working agenda and it's now coming to fruition.

Tunis, Egypt and Libya are going to be copies of Ian. Every place B Hussein got involved in is going extreme so the fact that he and his administration will be "satisfied with a brotherhood win" doesn't surprise me in the least.

Shalom,

Peter

US would be 'satisfied' with Brotherhood win in Egypt

The United States will judge elected parties in the MidEast based "on what they do and not what they're called," AFP reports.

The United States would be "satisfied" should free elections in Egypt produce a victory for the Muslim Brotherhood, AFP reported Friday according to the US's special coordinator for transitions in the Middle East, William Taylor.

Taylor said the US would judge elected parties in the Middle East based "on what they do, and not what they're called," AFP quoted him as saying. He added that he did not meet with Brotherhood officials in his latest visit to Cairo, but would have had he been given the chance.

Islamist victory in Tunisia polls

The point man on Middle East transitions said that so-called Arab Spring revolutions and a desire for democratic elections create an environment in which groups like the Muslim Brotherhood are able to shed associations with terror.

Taylor's comments came the week after Tunisia - widely seen as the birthplace of Arab Spring revolutions - elected its own Islamist Ennahda party to form a governing coalition.

Ennahda emerged the victor in the nation's first ever free elections.

The party, banned before the revolution that ousted President Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali, won 90 of the 217 seats in the new assembly.

It was not, however, an outright win.

The party is expected to form a coalition with two of the secularist runners-up.

Ennahda's leader is pledging a new dawn for Tunisians.

Rachid Ghannouchi, leader of the Ennahda party, said, "We give our promise to them to continue to realize the aims of the revolution in a Tunisia that is free, independent, developing and prosperous, and where the rights of God, the Prophet, women, men, the religious and non-religious, are assured because Tunisia is for everybody."

Hello Amanda

That is an excellent article by Jim Searcy. If he is wrong about anything in it, it is not much.
I have known for some time that most Muslims don't read their own Qur'an but I was surprised that their teachers don't even know what is in it.

I am stunned about a court case against Obama where he was supposedly found guilty in 2010 on 17 charges including fraud??? It is amazing that wasn't made known at least through emails. I sure would like to know if that is really true. Would that court case be on a website somewhere such as on an official website, as a matter of record? I wouldn't know where to begin such a search and right now I don't have time.

Hello Peter

It is not unusual that Christians disagree about some interpretations in the Bible. One example is the Rapture where Jesus comes in the clouds to gather up those who are true Chrisitans. Some Christians believe the Rapture will happen before the 7-year Tribulation, some believe it will be in the middle of the Tribulation and some believe it will be at the end of the Tribulation. Jim Searcy believes it will be at the end of the Tribulation and this would certainly be controversial in some Christian circles. Another thing, there are people who may call themselves Christians but they are not really Christians because they don't accept that Jesus was and is God, among other things. The Jehovah's Witnesses are not Christians, for example. Muslims believe about Jesus but they are not Christians. At least the Muslims don't call themselves Christians.

Christians do, however, agree that Jesus was and is God (see John 1:1* and John 1:14*), that Jesus died for our sins and took the punishment for them in our place, that Jesus rose again so that He could give us new life, and that we are saved by His life (Romans 5:10*). They also agree that it is only through Jesus that we can be saved; it is not of ourselves. It is not by our good deeds or our lack of bad deeds that saves us. It is only through the blood of Christ.

The Bible says these things about me >> I am a child of God, I am righteous, I am holy, I am a saint. You wouldn't know it if you met me ...that's because it is not possible for me to be these things. It is only through Jesus Christ, that I am a child of God, righteous, holy and a saint ..and completely without sin. When God looks on me, He doesn't see my sin (past, present or future). He only sees that I have been washed clean by the blood of Jesus. That's pretty neat, right? That same thing is there for you and for everyone who receives this free gift from Jesus. Oh, and by the way, it doesn't take away from your Jewishness. You are still a Jew even if you are a Christian. Jesus came first to the Jew.

The scripture verses mentioned above are very interesting......

*John 1:1 says "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the
Word was God....." Then *John 1:14 says "The Word became flesh and dwelt among us." (Emphasis mine)

Chapter 5 of Romans says that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us and that we are justified (made clean as if we never sinned) by His blood. We (all of us) were reconciled to God through the death of His Son. I like to think of it in this way >> God comes to us and says, "Ok, now I have reconciled you to Myself, so come unto Me, you can be my child now" with a smile. He is happy about this!

*Romans 5:10 says, "
....we shall be saved by His life." His life is a 'free gift', the Bible says. As a gift, it has to be received. If we refuse the gift, we are not saved.

Some people say "We should be ok if we "do unto others as we would have them do to us" BUT it is not about our 'doing'. Our 'doing' is never good enough for a Holy and Righteous God. Only Jesus 'doing' it makes it good enough.

About these things, most Christians, are pretty much in agreement.

Helen

Hello Helen,

Funny you should ask this question. Because I came across the same information just this morning and so far my trail has brought me to this site more than a few times.

Now I know many folks have it in for the imposter Commander and Chief, as described by the proof found on this site. Its validity is up for discernment as I am only sharing a site that happened to come to my attention relating to the question you asked Helen hope this helps you.
