Hi Helen,

It really has been a long time and a hearty welcome back is in order. Thanks for the link to the video it was excellent and the speaker was magnificent. He isn't an ex Muslim BTW, but like other moderate Muslims is willing to speak out and say what has to be said. I'm sure he is endangering his life by speaking out and more power to him for doing so.

Thanks again and don't be a stranger.

Shalom,

Peter

Hello Peter

Long time no see. How are you doing?

I have an interesting video for you. The speaker is a Pakistani Muslim who is warning us in Canada and the US to speak up! He has amazing courage but then so do many other ex-Muslims. Actually, he almost doesn't sound like a Muslim. Listen to the end of the tape where he says the US now have three members of the Muslim Brotherhood in the White House (and names them).

RE: HSIG - Poll: Israeli Youth Identifies with the Right

Hello Friends,

There has been much ado in other threads about the tent cities protests in Israel. While many of the issues are legitimate the ideologues behind it are not apolitical as originally claimed but rather extreme left whose only agenda is to topple the government. Changing governments is also legitimate but riding piggy back on the naive original protesters backs and taking over isn't. It sorta reminds me of
what happened in Egypt when the Muslim Brotherhood quickly took control of the demonstrations and we are witness to what's happening there now and it isn't pretty.

While many came out for the Saturday night rallies over the past month the large majority were there not as support for the protesters but for the free shows at each of these events. To see shows with the artists performing there normally cost quite a bit but here they got it free of charge. That said the number of participants is dwindling drastically and as a result the left organizers are not claiming they'll organize a million man rally but hope for a hundred
thousand or more. Summer vacation is over and people have to go back to normal everyday lives and even free shows won't get them out now.

For those relying on dubious sources for their information like RT (Russian propaganda arm), Press TV (Iranian propaganda), Al Jazera (mouthpiece and propaganda arm for the Muslim Brotherhood) and others who rather then rely on facts take things out of context in many cases or just give their views rather reporting on events as they occur. For
example these dubious sources "reporting" that Israel bombed terrorist enclaves in Gaza (they wouldn't use the word terrorist of course .... probably "combatants") but failing to mention that this was in retaliation for the hundreds of rockets, bombs and mortars fired on Israeli cities.

Now some of these people try and compare the tent city protest to the "spring" protests in the different Muslim countries and nothing can be further from the truth. You see there have been protests in the past ...... very large ones and that is as should be in a democratic country and there will be protests in the future but the majority are law abiding
without violence. They also try and claim that this will bring about a change in the political situation and a merging of Israel with the Palestinians into one country and again nothing can be farther from the truth if you see the facts and not the propaganda. The extreme left is a pathetically small group who scream very loudly but in the long run have very little effect on the government of Israel. That's another reason why many are no longer supporting the tent city protests cos of
the domination of the extreme left on the present organizers of the protests. Another reason why what happened in Egypt won't happen in Israel. People here are less inclined to be incited by mob tactics and follow like sheeples to the slaughter.

The poll in the below article sorta supports my opinions and you'll see in which direction the Israeli youth are going and what their beliefs and political opinions are. Interesting stuff and even though I wasn't surprised when I read it, it was better then I had hoped for. This shows that the majority of Israeli youth support their country and the radical left amongst the youth are a small insignificant group that have no influence on their peers and are only "glorified" by those who haven't got Israel's best interest at heart and in most cases are violently against Israel.

Shalom,

Peter

Poll: Israeli Youth Identifies with the Right

Poll finds Israeli teens identify with the right, want Lieberman to be prime minister and don't want Israel to concede territories.

A new poll whose results were released on Monday has found that most youth in Israel tend to identify with the right side of the political map.

According to the results reported on Channel 10 News, 17% of high school students believe that Israel’s next Prime Minister should be outspoken rightist Avigdor Lieberman (Yisrael Beiteinu). Lieberman is followed by well-known leftist journalist and television personality, Yair Lapid (who has not officially announced he is running for politics but who has openly expressed his desire to rebuild his late father, Tommy Lapid’s militantly secular and anti-hareidi centrist Shinui party), who got 13%. Current Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu received only 8%.

“There are an additional three percent who mentioned Kahane, [Baruch] Marzel and [National Union MK Michael] Ben Ari,” Professor Camille Fuchs of Tel Aviv University, who conducted the poll, told Channel 10.

The poll also found that the youth would give the Likud party 26 seats in the next election, Kadima would receive 23 seats, Yisrael Beiteinu would receive 22 seats, and the Labor party, which is trying to be seen as representing social welfare protestors, would receive only five seats.

75% of the teenagers polled said they are opposed to removing Israel’s naval blockade of the Gaza Strip and 60% believe Israel would be better off giving up on a peace agreement with the Palestinian Authority that would include giving Jerusalem’s Arab neighborhoods to the PA.

On another major issue, 83% of the youth said they would prefer that Israel not sign a peace treaty with Syria if it calls for the return of the Golan Heights.

“We’ve tried reaching peace agreements and it hasn’t worked,” one teenager told Channel 10. “Maybe we need to take measures that are more aggressive.”

MK Michael Ben Ari (National Union) welcomed the results and said, “Israeli youth is a healthy youth and the left and the media cannot spoil it. The youth has had enough of surrender and humiliation and they want a different policy toward the enemy.”

Hi Peter, who better than you, someone who lives in the center of all the action, to know the truth about what is going on in their own country. Taking things out of context or just giving their views instead of reporting facts is definitely a trait of the radical liberals, whether in Israel, here in the US or anywhere else in the world. This has gotten so rampant that anytime I see them writing their propaganda anymore, I tend to discredit anything they might have to say, to me it speaks of a smear campaign, and for the most part ignore it, because, in my opinion, they have lost all credibility they may have ever had.
As you mentioned, a good example is falsifying the facts about Israel bombing the terrorist enclaves. Evidently they think Israel should just sit back and let it happened without trying to defend themselves and it doesn't surprised me at all that the majority of the youth in Israel identify with the political right and doesn't want to concede any more territories. If people would take the time and read and learn the history of Israel, in my opinion they would have to agree that Israel has already given up way too much.
Shalom

Hello

This is a very interesting article about how the UN and
Palestinians and the world will be discussing the dividing
up of Israel and Jerusalem in this month (September).

The article talks about what has happened in the past with
weather patterns and tornadoes when President George W
Bush tried to divide Israel. It also talks about what to
expect if the world goes against God's plan for Israel and
His beloved Jerusalem with possibly tornadoes and
earthquakes occurring. Let's watch to see what happens
during this tense time, both at the UN as well as on the
weather front. This is a must read!

http://www.sidroth.org/site/News2?abbr=art_&page=NewsArticle&id=10427

I have copied and pasted the article below.

If you are a praying person, please remember to pray
about this ..that God's will be done in Israel and Jerusalem.
God promises a blessing to those who bless Israel ...see
Genesis 12:3 where God says, "I will bless those who
bless you, and I will curse him who curses you....."

The United Nations vs. The Everlasting Covenant

By John McTernan, Ph.D.

As America Has Done to IsraelClick here to order John McTernan's book, As America Has Done to Israel, for a donation of $18

This September could see a showdown between the United Nations and Israel. The Palestinians along with their supporters are determined to create a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital. They plan on taking this issue to the United Nations General Assembly to declare a Palestinian state, of course, with Jerusalem as the capital. The Palestinians have boldly laid out their strategy to destroy Israel in stages.

The first stage is obtaining legitimacy through the United Nations. They plan on having the UN recognize a Palestinian state based on the 1967 borders. From there, they will push for the 1948 borders, which would drastically reduce the size of Israel. After this Israel would be so weak, it would be easy to destroy. They also intend on using violence if Israel does not go along.

The Israelis have stated they will not divide Jerusalem, and they will not go back to the 1967 borders. This could lead to an awesome confrontation between the Palestinians and Israel. The Palestinians would have many nations of the world supporting them.

The problem for the Palestinians and their supporters is that the God of Israel has made an everlasting covenant with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and their descendants over the land. The UN will be in direct conflict with the Holy God of Israel. The Jewish people have a right to this land based on the everlasting covenant;

Psalm 105:8-11 He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations. Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac; and confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant: Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance.

There are many warnings in the Bible about interfering with God’s prophetic plan of restoring Israel and specifically not to divide the land.

Joel 3:13 For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.

In May, President Obama added to this pressure on Israel. He stated the official US policy is that Israel is to create a Palestinian state based on the 1967 borders, which means dividing Jerusalem! He agreed with the Palestinians and many nations in the UN. The President actually made two speeches in May. The second was on May 22, and during this speech, he reaffirmed the dividing of Jerusalem.

Within hours of this speech, a powerful tornado storm tore through Missouri and devastated Joplin. It was one of the most destructive tornadoes in US history with high loss of life and billions of dollars in property damage. The key is this storm hit just a few hours after the president’s speech to divide Israel. The President speech and the destruction were headlines together on all the news services. This devastation follows a pattern in America since President George H. W. Bush started the “Peace Process” to divide Israel in 1991 and continues to this day! There have been dozens and dozens of devastating disasters that have hit America at the very time the nation is pressuring Israel to divide the land. This includes Hurricane Katrina.

In September 2008, President George W. Bush was trying to divide Israel and Jerusalem. In the midst of this effort, Lehman Brothers collapsed resulting in a stock market crash. What is amazing is the crash occurred on three specific days which all fell on biblical fall feasts! At the very time the President was moving to divide Jerusalem, the US and world economy was crashing!

On September 29, 2008, the great stock market meltdown of 777 points took place. This day was also the biblical feast of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. This 777-point fall was the greatest one-day crash in history. The next biblical holiday, Yom Kippur, or the Day of Atonement, takes place ten days after Rosh Hashanah; this ten-day gap between the two holidays is called the “Days of Awe.” During the “Days of Awe,” the world markets began to collapse until, on Yom Kippur, October 9, the market fell 679 points for the third greatest one-day crash. The next biblical holiday, the Feast of Tabernacles, fell on October 15. On this day, the stock market fell 737 points for its second-greatest one-day fall. On these three biblical holidays, the market dropped a total of 2,193 points! To this day, the US economy has not recovered.

The above examples are just a few of the disasters that have hit America since the US promoted the “peace plan” to divide Israel. Now in September it is possible that the UN will try and create a Palestinian state by dividing Israel and Jerusalem. In principle, the President already agrees with this, which has placed America in great danger with God.

The UN General Assembly will be meeting in mid-September and should be discussing and debating the Palestinian state near the end of the month. The biblical holiday of Rosh Hashanah falls on September 28 which is the very time the UN will be debating this issue! Yom Kippur then falls on October 7, while the Feast of Tabernacles is on October 12. It is very possible that the division of Jerusalem will once again be the lead issue during the time of the biblical feasts as it was on 2008!

Also coinciding with the United Nation’s meeting is the arrival of the Comet Elenin. Normally, the arrival of a comet is not of great significance, but there is something different about this comet. As the Comet Elenin approaches the earth, incredible earthquakes are occurring, when there is an alignment between the sun, earth and this comet. Even when the comet was a great distance from the earth, when this alignment occurred, powerful and mega earthquakes struck. A few examples of these earthquakes follow:

  • February 20 2008 Indonesia 7.4
  • February 25 2008 Indonesia 7.2
  • September 09 2009 Sunola islands 8.1
  • February 26 2010 Japan 7.0
  • February 27 2010 Chile 8.8 [Earth knocked off axis]
  • May 9, 2010 Indonesia 7.2
  • September 3, 2010 New Zealand 7.0
  • March 11 2011 Japan 9.0 [Earth knocked off axis]

In early September, the comet will cross earth’s orbit and be between the earth and the sun. Then on September 26, there will be an alignment with the sun, comet, and earth. This could be at the exact time the UN is debating the creation of a Palestinian state! The comet will be closest to the earth around October 15, which is during the Feast of Tabernacles. At this time, the earth will pass directly behind the comet as it crosses earth’s orbit. This comet has a hyperbolic orbit which means it will never return.

It is very possible that three incredible events are going to occur at the same time this September. The United Nations could be debating the dividing of Israel and Jerusalem in direct violation of the world of God. This will happen during the biblical Fall feasts. At this very time, a comet that seems to have a strange affect on earthquakes will be inside earth’s orbit and aligning itself with the sun and earth! It is very possible that there could be powerful disasters hitting the earth this September/October, as the world comes against Israel.
