Baked Chicken and Rice Casserole
2 cups rice, uncooked 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 2 cups chicken broth or 2 cups milk and water combined 1 cut-up chicken or the equivalent in chicken pieces
Directions:
Mix rice with broth or milk and water, cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup. Mix well and pour into a well buttered 9 X 13 inch pan or large casserole.
Brown the chicken and place on top of the rice. Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour.
