It will some days stay as it is, but try to pay attention on losing cm !
Branka will forgive me for giving her example, but it simply fits so good.
For first 8 days she lost 4 kg, then 18 days stagnated in kg, but has lost (during those 18 days) in : shoulders (3 cm), whist (6 cm) and hypes (4 cm). After those 18 days, in next 7 days she lost again 4 kg ( 33 days = 8 kg) . Next 2 months she lost at all 4 kg more, but a lot of cm!
Before the diet she didn`t feel a big comfort in European size of confection 44 , and now she is a butterfly wearing size 38 easily !!!
An explanation is : losing fatigue, our muscles rebuild their healthy structure, and weight of muscles is over the weight of fatigue. Because of that, we experience losing more cm than kg.
