ALL THE NATURE HAS IT`S CYCLES, SO OUR BODIES HAVE THEM ALSO.
THIS DIET WAS DESIGNED ON BEHAL OF PAYING ATTENTION ON SO CALLED THE KREBS CYCLES, AND THE SCHEDULE OF THOSE CYCLES ARE EXPOSED EACH DAY AT THEIR HOURS, AS I ALREADY HAVE POSTED.
WHAT IS THE KREBS CYCLE?
I`ll try to explain to be understudy for a layman.
The Krebs cycle is the final common pathway for the oxidation of food molecules such as sugars and fatty acids. This set of biochemical reactions occur in the mitochondria. It is part of the process used by cells to convert foodstuffs, such as carbohydrates, into usable energy. The cycle was named for Sir Hans Adolf Krebs who first explained its operation in 1936. The Krebs cycle has a key role in the metabolism of humans and animals.
So Peter and friends, IF WE LET THIS CYCLE TO WORK WITHOUT ADDING FOOD OR WATER when it occurs, IT WILL ENABLE our tiny energy factories, our mitochondria to chose what is useful for our body and what may be sent out.
