You would figure there would be "Technical" Support, but there isn't.

And if you select "Other", LIKE I DID earlier, you will get this error message and your issue will not get through to them:

Ok so you have an inside joke regarding the Support issue. 

It seems you do not consider support an issue you can overcome by using the contact form. 

Not sure why all he hulla ballou as they do list phone numbers here as well.
