Jim, everything you have suggested, has been tried, except for asking a certain person, and I just as soon go get my teeth pulled, but that's beside the point.
We are not having problems on where to go to change our options in our forums. That's the easy part. IT"S NOT WORKING PROPERLY. So, This is where the TECH SUPPORT COMES IN. We know how to change all that in the forums.
Also, you said and I quote,

Now my question to that, other than the suggestions you have already mentioned. Where is the Support Contact Button??? (the support you are speaking of) We have found every pull down, drop down, Report Abuse, contact us on the web, contact us by phone, every contact in adland;
BUT, the Tech Support, WE ARE BLIND.... WE DON'T SEE IT.
If you could post THAT LINK, here, THAT SAYS, TECH SUPPORT, we would really be TICKLED ANY COLOR YOU WANT
