Yes the final decision can be very hard to do but it is not impossible as some may think. Some may take offense to the decision made, but will understand after it is explained to them at least it is hoped to be.
To be able to forgive and forget what has happened is the easiest. The hardest is once the pain has started it is very hard to stop. This is where the forgiving is the most important part of the equation.
