What do I think about Pay It Forward? You may not like it!
7/31/2008 12:13:23 PM
Hi Everyone, Well, as i have said in the past, "Pay It Forward" just does not work and again I have proven it. Last month, I paid into Diamond Elite, over 700 members and you know 326 of them did not bother to renew. this is such a typical move of Network Marketers. Am I upset, not really, I expected to lose money to prove a point. The loss however was over $700.00, a pretty expensive point I might add. But you know, these people would have had a great start in our program, instead, they are all being removed and now these prime positions are opening up which I will now give to top marketers with explosive downlines. You see, although we lost $700.00 to lazy marketers that expect a free ride, yes I said "FREE RIDE", we actually grew twice as large with dedicated and focused marketers that paid for 3 months doing 3 month power builds. I have been in this game too long folks and I have seen many marketers start and quit faster than switching a light on and off. This is the biggest problem and will always be until the marketer wakes up and smells the coffee that no online business will pay you a full time income in its first month. Until they come to terms with this, they will continue to fail and jump from program to program as long as they are on the internet. Now, I am not saying that Diamond Elite is the best program but I will say that we have very dedicated marketers working this program and we will have one of the highest success rates in the industry. One of the biggest Power Builds that I have ever done is about to happen and it is all going to happen through our Team's primary position. To get involved with our Power Team 3 Month Power Build, this is what you need to do: 1) Sign up in the Pay Processor   Go set up an account free at http://www.payitglobal.com and setup your account.. Warning: Payitglobal sends a confirmation that you must click. Some are not getting those. That stops you cold. Servers like Comcast and Earthlink may not put it through. We recommend getting a free Gmail email account from Google. [Very Important: You are to fund your account with $45.00 US. You will then use $20.00 in your PIG account leaving $25.00 to sign you up into Diamond Elite and then after 7 days, we will rebate you $17.00 for your next months payment. This will give you $45.00 total to cover the next 2 months.] (2) Go to http://www.bbsglobal-diamond-elite.com/?aff=rmcglobal and register. You will now fall into the matrix build randomly. Remember, you will now have an opportunity to fall into the positions of those that pulled out (prime 3rd and 4th level positions). Send an email to "Carl" at rmcglobal@telus.net with "Fast Track Team - Power Build" in the subject box. Put your: 1) Full Name 2) Pay It Global username and password 3) Email address   4) Skype ID if you have one in the body of the email.  (3) Fund your account You will have 90 days to investigate the value of this, attend weekly conference calls and trainings, see how it works, and watch your down-line grow. Remember, in this one, everyone is equal, we are filling the matrix equally.   Very Important: once again: You are to fund your account with $45.00 US. You will then use $20.00 in your PIG account leaving $25.00 to sign you up into Diamond Elite and then after 7 days, we will rebate you $17.00 for your next months payment. This will give you $45.00 total to cover the next 2 months. Come to our conference room and find out more at http://www.hotconference.com/software/conference.php?id=69223285 Presentations every Tuesday and Thursday at 3:00pm and 9:00pm EST. Login as DE- your name I look forward to a very successful venture together, Carl Haavaldsen BBS Global Diamond Elite Int'l Team Leader Fast Track Marketing Group 1-780-476-4798 Skype: rmcglobal Email: rmcglobal@telus.net

I don't have any respect for people who call it quits after only 1 month, but in their defense I think it would have helped if you could have given them a report as to where they stood in the downline (a point I've tirelessly tried to make in  an earlier topic). Inother words,  we need to know how many more positions needed to be sold until each group has our first levels filled.  If the shoe were on the other foot and I was running this (not that I would want to), I would issue a monthly report to my downline that had the courage to stick with me. I would tell them, "OK, Group # 1 -- everyone who joined the first 7 days of July:  You will get your first downline placements, filling your first levels after we sell between 500 and 832 more positions before it's your turn.  Group # 2,  those who joined between July 8 and July 14,  when we sell from 833 to 1485 more positions you will get your first placements",  etc.....  I feel that this action would increase our member base exponentially, by giving us real hope and some idea as to how many more weeks until we get our first downline placements from the RMC Global group's efforts. Once again, Carl, I'm not doubting your ability to recruit or anyone else's. But this is information that I feel we're entitled to. Maybe you don't feel it's important, but for those of us who paid for the first month with our own funds (such as I did) some of us see it differently.

But since you brought it up, Carl, how is that only a $700 loss to you?  If you paid for 700 people that's $14,000. 326 not renewing as they should is a $6520 loss to you.  Or am I missing something here (such as the $17 fast start bonuses you get back at 85%)?  If you can give us those kinds of numbers, then surely the kind of number ranges I'm asking about is not an unreasonable request.

Hi Jeff, You obviously do not do the math, it cost me only $3.00 per person as i received the $17.00 rebate. You chould take in a training every once in awhile. As for your downline, you can see in your back office under "Show Sub Affiliates" this is what i have said many times in my trainings and if you looked in your back office, you would also see it. This is also a typical reply from a marketer who is expect me or the company to build their business. I have never ever relied on spillover and this is just what you are expecting from this reply. Anytime you want your money back, just let me know and I will kindly give it to you. Just remember, it is this kind of behavior that makes no money for the marketer. I work hard to put people in my business and because of that many other benefit. Now you have the nerve to tell me that I don't care. Just remember, our growth is not all me. I have brought in mass marketers that are exploding this business. If everyone just took the time to do the business rather than complain, they would be much further in their career. Enough said!

Carl, first I want to address one statement you made that you overlooked:

As for your downline, you can see in your back office under "Show Sub Affiliates" this is what i have said many times in my trainings and if you looked in your back office, you would also see it.

I still have zero (0) people in both of my downlines. That's why I asked what I did!  What you of all people as a trainer should realize, Carl, is that when you don't have anyone in your downline early on there is no sub-affiliate link to view . But even if there was, it still wouldn't reveal how many people / positions are ahead of me until my turn comes with your group.  I sincerely hope you aren't skipping me because I somehow upset you.  My goal was never to challenge or insult you in your own forum. I was just trying to get a simple answer that you are unwilling to provide.

My complaint was a valid one, but it's become obvious from your negative responses that clearly don't want to reveal to each group within your downline where we stand in the manner I previously stated several times.  That's fine. I appreciate that even though it may seem like I don't show it. You've paid for my second month in advance, and for that reason it's your call. I will try to drop the subject after this post.  I just found it odd that you chose to do the math on how much you personally lost on your members who threw in the towel rather than encourage us who are staying with the math with where we stand.

Anytime you want your money back, just let me know and I will kindly give it to you.

There's nothing for you to refund, since once again you compensated me for my upcoming second month.  I wasn't complaining about the speed of your progress. It's just that those of us who joined in July are all in the dark as to how much progress we've made with your group. Maybe you feel it's better not to tell us or easier for you not to check your database.  Some MLMs become difficult to project due to board splits. If that's the case with GDE, then it would be impossible to give us a position # projection based on your efforts.

Regarding spillover, you yourself publicly stated in an earlier post here that by our third month those of us who joined in July will be making $2000 / month MINIMUM from your group's efforts.  Therefore it contradicts your own statement that spillover won't happen.  It's already happened to those in your downline who joined in May and June -- I've read their posts elsewhere!  That's why I believe it can happen for us...even though it will take much longer over time as your downlines expand.

But I have to correct your assumptions about me not working this.  You know that I am using your customized splash page for my other (second) position in Marilyn's group via a search engine submission service.  So I am doing promotion with that position, which will help you, Marilyn, and others above me once traffic starts to be driven to my GDE website. Please give some credit where it's due!

I'd still like to announce what that service is here, because it can help others with their advertising.

Jeff, By all means, post your source if it will help the group. As for my post on the downline that wasted away, it has absolutely nothing to do with the team build which is in a separate leg. I did this build early on before i brought power building to the training as someone in my downline said that Pay It Forward worked and i said i would prove them wrong, which I did. Human beings are the biggest factor in failure as they refuse to do anything 100%, it's their nature. that is why PIF cannot work, especially in Network Marketing. The majority of marketers give up before they even begin. As for your position in the team build, you are on lvl 3 of the build. Here is the stats on the team build: Subaffiliates on level 1: 3 Remaining Positions On Level 1: 0 Subaffiliates on level 2: 9 Remaining Positions On Level 2: 0 Subaffiliates on level 3: 27 Remaining Positions On Level 3: 0 Subaffiliates on level 4: 26 Remaining Positions On Level 4: 55 Subaffiliates on level 5: 4 Remaining Positions On Level 5: 239 Subaffiliates on level 6: 6 Remaining Positions On Level 6: 723 Total Filled: 75 Total Remaining: 1017
