New polls as of today:

51% of Americans think the media is deliberately trying to hurt Sarah Palin.

35% think the media is unbiased toward her.

Only 5% of Americans think the media is trying to help her.

10% are unsure.

*****

US Weekly is losing subscribers since they published a cover photo of Sarah Palin and her baby with the headline "Babies, Lies, and Scandal" and a story full of half-truths inside the magazine about her.  One of the editors, Bradley Jacobs, was interviewed on Fox yesterday by Megyn Kelly, she ripped that smarmy non-answering toad to shreds!

*****

39% of Americans think Sarah Palin is more experienced to lead than Barack Obama, and we've only heard about her for less than a week!

49% of Americans think Obama is more ready to lead than Palin, and we've know him for more than a year!

*****

Sarah Palin has gained more popularity in less than a week than Obama, Biden, AND McCain!

*****

Obama has asked Hillary to campaign for him in Florida, she agreed.  Would you, if you're a woman that he didn't choose for his VP?  Obama needs help gaining more female voters now.

*****

Oprah Winfrey says she won't have Sarah Palin on her show until AFTER the elections, she says she doesn't give candidates air time on her show.  Really?  She's the one who endorsed Obama quite awhile ago, before the primaries.  Doesn't that count as being a candidate?  Oprah attended Obama's speech last week and told the press she "cried her eyelashes off"....that sounds like an endorsement to me!  Oprah's claim to fame is helping women become all they can be, that's how she got rich and famous.  So...why didnt she endorse Hillary and why won't she feature Sarah until after the election is over?

40 million people watched Sarah Palin's speech on Wednesday night, even though she wasn't aired on as many stations as Barack Obama's speech, 38 million people watched him last week.

More Hispanics watched Palin's speech than Obama's, even though Hispanics usually vote Democrat.  Also, Palin's speech was NOT aired on the 2 major Hispanic networks, Univision and Telemundo, but Obama's speech WAS.  Hmmm!  Telemundo is owned by NBC, which is totally in the tank for Obama, that's even been admitted by some NBC staffers.

Winfrey: Report about Palin 'categorically untrue'

Posted: 01:51 PM ET

From CNN Associate Producer Martina Stewart

(CNN) – Talk show host Oprah Winfrey is denying a report of division within her staff over booking Republican vice presidential nominee Gov. Sarah Palin as a guest.

“The item in today’s Drudge Report is categorically untrue,” Winfrey wrote in a statement issued Friday. “There has been absolutely no discussion about having Sarah Palin on my show.”

Citing sources that had spoken to the news Web site, a story posted Friday morning on The Drudge Report said “Oprah's staff is sharply divided on the merits of booking Sarah Palin.” “One executive close to Winfrey is warning any Palin ban could ignite a dramatic backlash!,” the story also says.

But Winfrey, a longtime and outspoken supporter of Sen. Barack Obama, is flat-out denying the report. “At the beginning of this presidential campaign when I decided that I was going to take my first public stance in support of a candidate, I made the decision not to use my show as a platform for any of the candidates,” Winfrey wrote in the statement. “I agree that Sarah Palin would be a fantastic interview, and I would love to have her on after the campaign is over.”

In addition to holding a fundraiser for Obama, the media mogul has appeared on the campaign trail for the Illinois senator and she attended the recent Democratic convention where Obama became the first African-American to be named the presidential nominee of a major political party. “It filled us with a sense of hope and possibility that, you know, I never even, sort of, been able tap into,” Winfrey said about the convention. “It was beyond anything I’d ever experienced. It really was. It was a transcendent moment.”

Poor Oprah, the media loves to pounce on everyone don't they? Media means a lot to me but in having that you also at a disadvantage of who is right or who is wrong and so you have to go and search for whatever is at the time to find the truth. Special interests groups is what got me, will see what happens at the debates coming up.  One more thing, this year marks for 3 things and 3 things only! 1. A black in the running for the presentacy, 2. a woman that ran for the Presentcey and no#3 three different elections around the country in the same year. I would say we have made progress don't you?
