Hi Dimitra,

Interesting Fiddler On The Roof was also one of my favorite too. Haim Topol the star of the movie is one of Israels very famous actors and authors. He also starred for a time in the Broadway showing of the play Fiddler On The Roof. It was one of the all time record shows on Broadway.

Tradition says it all. But that's true for most cultures and religions isn't it?

Thanks for the great song my friend. This indeed could be a Wonderful World I just wish it was so simple.

It is a beautiful version of the song but being an "old timer" I like Louis Armstrong's original better. Heard him sing it during a concert in New Orleans a few years ago. :)

Hi Georgios,

As I said earlier I welcome hosting you and your family when you visit Israel. As you can see from the various youtubes featured here there are many beautiful places to see in this small but vibrant country. AND of course the many different Holy Places some of which were also seen in the videos.

I await to see what you'll add on to this thread about my country.
