Hi Kathy and John, Maybe this will help. Start a free website: http://www.myownweboffice.com/login.cfm?signupsiteid=2912 If you join, please go through my website and then back to this link: Then add this code to the site: http://pub2.bravenet.com/webtools/vote/index.php It doesn't really matter, I'm not easily offended. I can understnad your time is limited. This would work.....Keep it simple.. RGMiller

Hi John and Kathy, First, I want to thank you for undertaking this project and, second, I'd like to comment on what has been said in response. I don't understand how public nominations can be hurtful to anyone. John, you're correct when you say that the nomination process is usually public. It's the voting that is done privately. I've never belonged to any organization where nominations didn't take place in an open meeting. Certainly just being nominated is an honor, whether you receive the most votes or not. A nomination would indicate you've been helpful to at least one person and probably more. How can someone's feelings be hurt by that? I don't think any of us post in these forums to win popularity contests; we post to add helpful comments and information. As someone said, we are all adults here and I see nothing wrong with the project as you've laid it out. I nominate Jim Wilson for taking the time to write and make available an ongoing series of articles to help us with marketing. http://community.adlandpro.com/go/207526/Default.aspx Thanks, Linda O
