I would agree that tangible products are better than intangibles only because your prospects can see, feel and touch an item and therefore form a bond.

And consumable products are indeed better because you want your customer consuming your products and ordering more.

This isn't to say intangible non-consumable products aren't worthwhile, but the former is better for the reasons mentioned above.

I think the key here is that there should be a viable product/service and the company should be focused on the product not on recruiting people into the program.
