	this is what i try to do kathy. i try to make people know they are inportant. in doing that you are, i think, you are building a stronger relationship.

	Hi Kathy, You are so right and these are all things that we all need to expand on and practice. There's an old saying that says, when you find someone you dislike, it's usually because that someone exhibits traits that YOU yourself exhibit...my mother taught me that, and sometime I think we all forget it all too often. Keep up the good work and the reminders that we ALL are part of this world and ALL play a vital role.
