Hi Bogdan, Simply put, if you practice any action long enough with belief, it becomes habit and second nature. or another way of putting is; If you talk the talk with belief, you will eventually come to walk the walk! Today, I Will Be More Than I Was Yesterday, And even more than that Tomorrow!

So... the ACTIONS create the habit and/or personality characteristic, instead of the other way around. It seems that there are truths that they knew 2,000 years ago that we are just learning again now. It pays to read the ancient philosophers. Amalia

Hi Bogdan, Thoughts without actions are just a dream. Actions with thoughts create our reality. Act "as if" enough times and you'll start believing and seeing it's true. Thanks, John

Truly, decide the kind of person you want to be. Decide how that person would act. Act that way. You will become that kind of person. You already did. If you later find out it's not the kind of person you want to be, no problem. Just start over, learn new habits. Ah, it's so GOOD to be HUMAN, where we HAVE those choices. Just don't blame anyone else for what you have become. Remember, YOU chose it to deal with the situation hand, and to get the situation you wanted at hand.
