As a tip from someone who has spoken to many who have lost funds against there will from this company (be it in the form of unauthorized withdrawls, withdrawls under a fake company name, "verification fees", or what not). 

1. Contact the San diego BBB and file a complaint.

2. Call, and email greenzap repeatedly until they agree to refund your money.

3. Follow the instructions and contact special agent dudley and let him know what happened.

GZ typically backs down when confronted.  GZ works on the law of averages and expects the majority of people to not notice a few random charges out of their bank accounts.

 GZ expects most of the remainder that do notice the unauthorized withdrawls not to do anything about it, but any that do care will eventually get refunded if they turn the heat a little.

Much as I do not like anonymous posting on forums or letters to the editor, I must still thank you for all the informative links you have posted.   The bottom line is, it is good for everyone to be informed, even if we have no idea who the informant is  (kind of like a police informant! lol!)
