Re: THIRTY SIXTH EDITION - WOMEN OF COURAGE

Hi Luella and John,

Mary would definitely be my #1 Woman of Courage!!  Can you imagine the fear and confusion at such a young age at that time in our history, to have an Angel appear to you and tell you you are going to have a child??????

Can you imagine the faith she had to maintain through all of her trials and adversities including the night she gave birth to her only Son.  And, then to lose him!!!  I agree with Terry, there cannot be any pain greater than the pain of a Mother who loses a son!

Thanks so much for my #1 WOMAN OF COURAGE!!

Judy

Dear Luella,
thank you for this story of courage and reminding us again(or at least me) of what Mary has done to the world - she had a son and had to give him away for us.That must have been so much pain for a mother to lose him.
What a great Woman of Courage!!!
Blessings,Janet
