Hi Bogdan, thanks for the invite. I believe excellence is a state of mind that should permeate our every day thinking and actions in every area of our lives. The person aspiring for excellence has a Vision, Passion and a Burning Desire to be the best that he can be. 90% of our potential lies untapped within us. We have to expand our comfort zone in order to grow. We need that persistence and strength of character to go that extra mile. A commitment to excellence, I believe, means being the best we can be. We tend to draw to ourselves that which we set out for ourselves. Martin Luther King put it like this: "If a man is called to be a streetsweeper, he should sweep streets even as Michelangelo painted or Beethoven composed music, or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, here lived a great streetsweeper who did his job well."
