Shift + Enter Makes a Single Line Break
7/29/2006 11:33:56 AM

Hi;

I noticed that a lot of people have a lot of "wide open" spaces in their posts. Much as I miss the open prairies from time to time, condensed works better on the forums.  Heh.  Thought I'd share a little tip I got from Cheri.

When you're making a post, if you press the Shift key and the Enter key at the same time, you can leave a single line break (ie; move to the next line) instead of the double line space that occurs when you just press the Enter key alone.

Happy posting...
Linda

P.S. Thanks, Cheri...

HI Linda,
    Yeahhh!! I really was having trouble with the spacing.
     Now things are much better.
     Thanks, Cheri.

Cool!  I didn't know that, and have been annoyed by that spacing issue.
