I like That "Any Traffic is Real Traffic" if you can get it.
However, to save you time and money, your traffic should be targeted. If you have a lot of visitors to your store who are only browsing, you won't pay the light bills.
One more imput on gate-way pages. From what I have learned and heard, they do deliver, but the Search Engines hate them and could black-list your site for using them.
