Glad to be making your day more colorful.
Actually, I have been laboriously getting through a book about vampires for the last two weeks. Hence, my several recent references to good old Vlad.
In case you are interested...
The book is a novel called "The Historian" by Elizabeth Kostova. It's 642 pages long and endlessly descriptive. I rate it about as boring as Bram Stoker's original offering.
I bought it and started reading it after I listened to a glowing radio interview with the author. Needless to say, I have been hugely disappointed with it.
But I am pleased that I have been able to amuse others with my batty comments.
