Hi Marilyn, You're absolutely right. Let me just add by comparing it when you are driving a car. If you drive too fast you should slow down, same thing if you are driving to slow you'll have to speed up a bit. Until next time! Orly

Great forum Marilyn! Being divorced and raising two kids I learned to let a lot of things go. You have to learn to slow down or you will burn yourself out. Take time out to relax.

This is very true we all run on over drive most of the time. We need to slow down just a tad.
