Hi Dave and all, This is my experience with 12dp and Storm Pay, I have been using SP over a year, I joined 12dp 2 days before the problem, I paid 12dp from my sp accound it went to them in seconds, so sp no longer has that money, 12dp has it! Today I transfered funds from sp to my bank it went there in seconds, looking at what happened to me and the name on the merchandice, I feel the wrong name is on it. Not trying to take away from your intentions of the post, but for me, being in the program just a few days, 12dp's problem just doesn't add up the way the updates I have been receiving try to paint sp as the cause of the problems that 12dp finds themselves in. We'll probably never know, all I know is My money has been safe and available with sp and not with 12dp, sure it was a chance taken by myself, but it still doesn't add up.I too hope they sell a lot, when they change the name I'll buy some ;-)>

Hi Joseph, I, too, have used Stormpay for years without any problems at all. However, in this case, I have read the Tennessee BBB statement that says, in part, that they have received over 18,000 complaints in January alone, and that they (the BBB) have called in the federal authorities to investigate.
