Hi again. I have received ones like this in the mail. They say my cheque is coming and just pay the service fee of $25.00 and don't cash the cheque or deposit it. What are they saying here? What good is a cheque if you can't deposit it? Why bother even sending a letter like that. You won't get the cheque anyway and you lose another $25.00. These lotteries lead up to the big win with letter after letter asking for the fee of $25.00 each time and then say (don't cash)!!!
