Hey Diane!

You hit it out of the park girl! The big difference in developing and effective USP is in the emotional connection, the personal relationship that you develop over a period of time. It is in asking the right questions and getting to know the person without selling to them. It is finding out what their needs, wants, and don't wants are. It may take 6 or 7 contacts before you discover what it is they want, or they discover and ask you for what they need. It may be that like in our case you discover they have something that you need.
