Hello Emanuel, You wrote: "You get to know your own Self." I think you said it all in that one sentence. Meditation is getting to know yourself.. which most of us have not yet accomplished. We so often live on the outside of ourselves that we are not in tune with the inside. Within ourselves are the answers we are seeking. Thank you for narrowing down the real purpose in meditation.
