History repeating itself.  Remember when this same conversation was going about the above pic?  I made changes, for better or for worse. 

Fact is if your current picture is an old one maybe an update is in line maybe not. 

If you like the image you are portraying keep it! 

Obviously it matters not to anyone here.  As I said before, they know and love you and will always say nice things about you. 

I guess my next question is:  When you started this POLL question, were you wanting honest opinions or an ego massage?

Sorry Thomas, the picture in my opinion could use improvement.  You asked and you have my honest opinion.  Do what is best for you.

Hey Thomas,

I have no problem admitting that I am a Alpha personality as most leaders are, I also carry a high D personality trait which most leaders have as well.  Otherwise no one would notice.  It has and does serve me well in my business and the people I work with. 

We all have egos.  Even you ;-)
