    That is quite a kit you have built up there. Oddly enough, now that I am a little older it makes perfect sense to be prepared for emergencies. When I was younger I thought a 12 pack would get me through even the hardest of times. I wonder how many people actually do have an Emergency Safety Kit ready and waiting for that unexpected turn of events. I know I have a little work to do.

     The fruit rolls for the kids are a must. The kids love them and they are actually very nutritious. Thank You for reminding me that tragedy could be just around the corner. LOL

Emergency Safety Kit is good to have, and hope you never need it.

I had individual packed kits for all the foster kids, and one week they had an extra day off from school, and I let them have the kits to play with, eat and plan what to repack in them for the next time.   Everyone got their sleeping bags out and acted like they were camping out for an emergency, at least it kept them busy !
