I joined this community on October 4, 2004 but I was never active until a week ago. I am sure I missed out on a lot of friends and opportunities. But I think there is a lot of time to catch up.

I was born, raised and educated in the Philippines and came to USA 15 years ago. There was a lot of adjusting and adapting  I had to do at first - I am now acculturated and comfortable in the ways of America.  

I am very impressionable and that is not good. All my life I tried to inject a little sophistication and worldly wisdom to my oh, so pale, indistinct aura, but I have repeatedly failed, from here to there.

I love Japanese sashimi, Thai and Vietnamese food a lot! Oh, I do love American food, and French and Italian but there's nothing sweeter to me than Filipino food.  I love cats and right now I have three of them - Champagne and Caramel are Persian sisters and Tsinita is a mix of Persian and a breed not known to me - (she's adopted).
