I was always interested in learning to ride a motorcycle, but either the time wasn't right or I didn't have the money.  One day my son, Kelly, talked me into going to Lubbock,
Texas to 'look" at motorcycles.  Looking turned to buying, so when we left Lubbock, I owned a motorcycle.  When it was delivered, I still couldn't ride it, so I put it in the garage until when I could.  We both signed up for the motorcycle safety course, passed with flying colors, got our license and began to ride together.  

We became members of the local CMA (Christian Motorcycle Association) and the business, which we started online (AKA Motorcycle Accessories) became a brick and mortar store on June 3, 2005 (my birthday).  We've managed to hang in here for a year now, but I want it to be more than just hanging in.   We're growing, but it does seem to be very slow.   AKA stands for Alice, Kelly and Amy (daughter-in-law) who came up with the name.  My daughter, Raven, also works in the store with me.
