I was once a successful career woman, a workaholic on a quest to be the first female in my profession to break new ground. And, so I did. I coached and consulted with and for hundreds of wonderful people, thirsty for knowledge and grateful for having someone who listened with patience and respect. It was, by far, my one true professional passion! Unfortunately, no amount of hard work or sacrifice could have prepared me for the collapse of my working life when I became ill. The triumph, I am happy to say, truly is, positive thinking! Illness is just a challenge. The by-product of which is learning to reinvent oneself. It can be and is great fun!
