Nnika Hanserd is budding Entrepreneur and the proud mother of two beautiful daughters Erica age 9 and Kayla age 12. She is the product of junior high and high dropouts. She grew up in an environment that was often plaque with domestic violence, drugs and alcohol abused. On several occasions she experienced what it was like to live in a homeless shelter.
 
Determined not to become another statistic she focused on her schoolwork, sports and worked a part-time job. She applied to three California top-notch universities and was accepted. While in college she managed to land an internship at the White House in the fall of 1993. She would settle on UC Davis were she graduated from with a Degree in Management and Economics.
 
Eventually she would find her career path in the Residential Real Estate Mortgage Industry as an Account Executive. She received various awards and trips for outstanding sales performance over her 10-year career. The knowledge she gained in that industry gave her the tools needed to become a real estate investor of several properties.
 
Most recently she decided to shift industries and share her talents and message as an Author, Speaker, and Success Coach. She has partnered with her longtime friend and personal development coach, Tamir Qadree to launch a sales training and personal development seminar business Esteem Now. Nnika is currently assisting Mr. Qadree in his career while working on her first book soon to be released entitled, "Is Your Thinkin Stinkin, and Change Your Thoughts Change Your Life" and developing her coaching/speaking site www.thedivacoach.com. She also has a new Forex Trading System business http://www.divadoesforex.com that is proving to be highly profitable.
